 Modern environmentally friendly integrated treatment methods water uses innovative technologies -ozonationAndfiltration to get the maximum degreewater purificationwith minimal dimensions and extreme technical simplicity of installation, minimal operating costs and costs. Such results are achieved using a pronounced synergistic effect of a combination of modernozoneoxidative andmembrane technology. 

 Water ozonation technologyis a unique technology for sterilization and disinfection of water, which excludes the dosing of preservatives and chemicals into the water. The system allows to reduce in the source water: turbidity, color, iron, manganese, organic contaminants, total organic carbon, organophosphorus compounds, organochlorine compounds, surfactants, phenols, petroleum products, ammonium nitrogen, nitrites, complex compounds of heavy metals. Thanks toozonation water - contaminants are oxidized, coagulated and insoluble, after which they can befiltered out.

 Water Filtration Technology- is a baromembrane process in which liquid under pressure is "forced" through a semi-permeable materialmembranes. The size of the openings (pores) of ultrafiltration membranes ranges from 5 nm to 0.1 µm. The main difference between technologyfiltration membranefrom conventional volumetric filtration in that all contaminants do not accumulate on the surfacemembranesand are washed into the sludge by the backwash flow. Alsomembrane filtrationdesigned for pre-treatment of water before installationsreverse osmosisand ion-exchange plants, used for purification from suspended, colloidal, microbiological and organic compounds. Applicationfiltration plantsallows you to minimize the dose of coagulant and its amount in wastewater, as well as to design a water treatment system that practically does not have to be reconfigured or equipped with additional equipment in case of fluctuations in the qualitative and quantitative composition of the source water.

 Water purificationbegins with the process of filling the contact tank of the ozonation unit with water. The filling level of water in the contact container is regulated by pressure sensors andcontrol panel. When the desired water level is reached, it turns onozone pumpAndozonator. Ozone is supplied throughejectorinto the contact container, occurswater ozonationand oxidation of impurities. The unreacted ozone is removed throughozone destructorinto the atmosphere, turning into oxygen. After Processozonation, waterfed into the systemfiltration. Clean water is supplied to the storage tank, and the concentrate sludge is drained into the drain. The unit operates in automatic mode. The system may include a modulemeasurement and control of residual ozone in waterand work area.
