Ozonator consists of the power plant and ozone generator. It generates ozone from the ambient wet air or oxygen delivered by the concentrator. Ozone generator is cooled with the air or water.

Oxygen concentrator (air separation plant or ASP) is used to separate the air into components, namely oxygen and nitrogen. Oxygen concentrators generate oxygen with low-pressure swing adsorption method using zeolite sorbents.

Compressor plant creates excessive pressure of up to 3 bar. Compressor’s performance range varies from 4 to 1000 m3/h. Compressors have a simple structure and are cheap at operation and maintenance.

Sorption filtration plants are used for the deep treatment of fresh, recycling and waste water from organic solutes and compounds at chemical, petrochemical, textile and other production enterprises.

Water ultrafiltration plants are used for membrane separation of impurities and water by filtering the water through the pores in the walls of the hollow-fiber membrane under the swing pressure. The pore size varies from 0.01 to 0.1 µm.

Dissolved ozone floatation method is a process where small bubbles of air and ozone flow through the contaminated water to make light-weight contaminants float off and more heave glued ones get down to the bottom of the floating unit to be washed out with deposits.

The experts of ECOZON SPA have developed a new method for generating pulsed barrier discharge with low-temperature plasma parameters. This discharge delivers energy that is sufficient for oxygen dissociation, although not enough for ozone disruption. By so doing, no nitrogen oxides can be produced, and, consequently, no acids and acid film can appear on the internal surface of the ozonator chamber. This extends the service life of the discharge chamber and electrode, preserves ozone concentration and plant performance, and eliminates the need for ozonator maintenance.

We make oxygen ozonators from 1 gram to 50 kg.
